Fayetteville’s hopes for a 7A-West title set sail while Springdale Har-Ber’s conference championship stock rose.

First-place Har-Ber held Fayetteville’s high-octane offense to just one offensive touchdown while mustering a season-high offensive output in a 39-14 victory at Jarrell Williams Bulldog Stadium Friday night.

Har-Ber quarterback Ryan Luther helped cure the Wildcats’ offensive woes. He completed 9 of 18 passes for 220 yards and 5 touchdown passes. Jordan Nicholson hauled down seven catches for 151 yards and three scoring snags. The Wildcats rushed for 265 yards. Kaleb Vaughn was the Wildcat workhorse with 155 yards on 31 totes.
