Fayetteville

  • Vernell Conley, 36, of 2413 E. Magnolia Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.
  • Bernard Scott, 28, of 1620 Glendale Court in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and furnishing prohibited articles. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $285 bond Saturday.
  • Kayla Wilks, 19, of 2308 Clover in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony theft of property (shoplifting). She was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.
  • Carlos Dickerson, 28, of 4223 Zion Valley Drive was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of firearms by certain persons and violation of probation/suspended sentence. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

  • Aubrey Johnson III, 19, of 715 Arkansas 16 E. in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with felony forgery. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center Friday on $2,500 bond.
  • Kathy Aday, 50, of 1620 Glendale Street Apt. B in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with felony forgery. She was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.

Circuit Court

  • Luis Abraham Lopez-Bramvila, 28, pleaded guilty to rape. Prosecutors said Lopez-Bramvila forced a 14-year-old female to have sex. He was sentenced to 20 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with 10 years suspended and ordered to register as a sex offender. He was given credit for 93 days jail time served.
  • Mark Sloan, 24, pleaded guilty to conspiring to make methamphetamine and possession of hydrocodone. He was sentenced to 30 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with 18 years suspended.
  • Brian K. Fish, 33, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, fourth offense, and fleeing. Prosecutors said Fish drove away from police at a high rate of speed. He was sentenced to six years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with four years suspended, fined $900 and ordered to pay $300 court costs.
  • Kamone Ramel Scott, 29, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, third and fourth offenses. Scott also had a child in the car when he was charged the fourth time. He was sentenced to six years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with three years suspended, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $300 court costs on the fourth offense DWI. Scott was sentenced to a year in jail with 275 days suspended on the third offense DWI, to run concurrently.
