Frank Arellano, center, of Rogers leads the pack Saturday at the start of the Veterans Memorial 5K Run at Fayetteville National Cemetery. Arellano went on to win the inaugural event in a time of 17:44. The race was organized as a fundrasier for the Regional National Cemetery Improvement Corporation.
